Here’s a quick, delicious, 3-ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters recipe — salty, sweet, crunchy, and perfect for parties or snacking!


🍫 No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, lightly crushed (mini twists or sticks both work)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 12 oz melting chocolate (chocolate chips, almond bark, or melting wafers)

Optional add-ins:

  • ½ cup peanuts or chopped almonds

  • Flaky sea salt for topping

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • White chocolate drizzle for decoration


Instructions

1. Prep

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix the base

  • In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pretzels and peanut butter until fully coated.

    • If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 more tablespoons of peanut butter.

3. Melt the chocolate

  • Microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.

    • Or melt using a double boiler.

4. Combine

  • Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel–peanut butter mixture.

  • Stir until everything is evenly coated.

5. Form clusters

  • Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet (tablespoon-sized or larger if you prefer big clusters).

6. Chill

  • Refrigerate 20–30 minutes, or until set.


Storage

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

  • They also freeze well for 2–3 months.
