Ingredients

2 cups pecan halves

1 cup soft caramels (like Kraft) OR homemade caramel

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 Β½ cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Optional: flaky sea salt for topping

1. Prepare the Pecans

Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Arrange 3β4 pecan halves in little clusters (like turtle βlegsβ).

Make 18β24 clusters depending on how big you want them.
2. Melt the Caramel

Microwave soft caramels + heavy cream for 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted caramel onto the center of each pecan cluster.

3. Add the Chocolate
