  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for warmth)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • ¼ cup vegetable or chicken broth

    Lightly grease your slow cooker. Layer half the potatoes, then half the onions.
  2. Season
