π² Slow Cooker Cube Steak
Cube steak becomes very tender when cooked slowly, making it perfect for a comforting slow cooker meal with rich gravy.
π§Ύ Ingredients
- 4β6 pieces cube steak
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet Onion soup mix
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
π¨βπ³ Instructions
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Lay the cube steak pieces on top of the onions.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth.
- Pour the mixture over the steak.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6β8 hours or HIGH for 3β4 hours.
- Serve with the gravy spooned over the steak.
