Ingredients
- 4 medium Potato, peeled and chopped
- 3 medium Carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ¼–½ cup Milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1–2 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables
Place the chopped potatoes and sliced carrots into the slow cooker.
2️⃣ Add flavor
Add butter, garlic (optional), and a pinch of salt.
3️⃣ Cook
Cover and cook:
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
until vegetables are very soft.
4️⃣ Mash
Add milk and mash everything together using a potato masher until smooth and creamy.
