Ingredients

Filling

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Topping
- 2–3 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Preheat to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare crust
Roll out puff pastry or pie crust.
Score a 1-inch border around edges (don’t cut through).
Prick center lightly with a fork. - Mix filling
Combine ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly inside the border. - Assemble tart
