🥪 Reuben Sandwich Sliders
Reuben sandwich sliders are mini versions of the classic deli sandwich—perfect for parties, game nights, or quick appetizers. They combine savory corned beef, melted cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and dressing on small rolls.
🧾 Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work well)
- ¾–1 lb Corned beef (thinly sliced)
- 6–8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Sauerkraut, drained
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
👨‍🍳 How to Make Them
- Preheat oven: 175 °C / 350 °F.
- Slice rolls: Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
- Layer ingredients:
- Bottom rolls
- Corned beef
- Sauerkraut
- Swiss cheese
- Thousand Island dressing
- Add tops: Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Butter topping: Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle caraway seeds.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
🍽️ Tips
- Drain sauerkraut well so sliders don’t get soggy.
- Lightly toast the bottom rolls before assembling for extra texture.
- You can swap corned beef for Pastrami for a slightly different flavor.
