1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (plus extra for topping)

1. Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×5 loaf pan or line with parchment.
2. Mix the wet ingredients
In a large bowl combine:

Mashed bananas

Peanut butter

Melted butter
-
Brown sugar
-
Eggs
-
Vanilla
Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Mix the dry ingredients
In a separate bowl whisk:

Flour

Baking soda

Baking powder
-
Salt
4. Combine

Add dry mixture into wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Fold in the Reese’s chips and Reese’s Cup pieces.
5. Bake

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Sprinkle a handful of chopped Reese’s Cups on top.

Bake 55–70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (a few moist crumbs are fine).
6. Cool
Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
