Here’s how to do it properly so they’re flavorful and safe to eat.

- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (or any seasoning blend you like)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup broth, water, or sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken
Pat drumsticks dry and season all sides. - Add to slow cooker
Place drumsticks in the slow cooker.
Add broth or sauce if using (not required—chicken releases liquid). - Cook

Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and meat pulls easily from the bone.

- Don’t leave chicken sitting warm after cooking; switch to Warm or refrigerate
