🍞 Protein Cottage Cheese Bread (No Yeast)
Ingredients (1 loaf)
- 1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional add-ins: garlic powder, herbs, seeds, shredded cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a loaf pan.
- Blend cottage cheese + eggs until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir wet into dry until just combined.
- Pour into pan. Add toppings if using.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
