Pecan Pie Balls with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups pecans, finely chopped
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (for smooth coating)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
  2. Chill mixture 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip or drizzle balls with chocolate.
  6. Chill until chocolate is set (about 20 minutes).
