Here’s a sweet, no-bake Pecan Pie Balls recipe—all the flavor of pecan pie in bite-size treats 🥧🌰


🌰 Pecan Pie Balls

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafer crumbs)
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup corn syrup (light or dark)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional coating:
    • Powdered sugar or
    • Melted chocolate (milk or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar.
  2. Stir in corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla until fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill 30–45 minutes to firm up.
  5. Optional:
    • Roll in powdered sugar, or
    • Dip in melted chocolate and return to parchment to set.
