Here’s an easy, creamy, old-fashioned Peanut Butter Fudge recipe — smooth, rich, melt-in-your-mouth, and only a few ingredients!


🥜🍬 Peanut Butter Fudge (No-Fail Recipe)

Ingredients (Makes ~25 squares)

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of salt

🥣 Instructions

1. Prep your pan

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
  • Lightly grease.

2. Boil the sugar + milk

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine:
    • 2 cups sugar
    • ½ cup milk
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, stop stirring and let it boil for 2–3 minutes.
    • (This keeps the fudge smooth.)

3. Add peanut butter & vanilla

  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in:
    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mix until completely smooth and creamy.

4. Pour & set

  • Pour fudge into the prepared pan.
  • Smooth the top.
  • Let cool 1–2 hours or refrigerate 30–40 minutes until firm.

5. Cut into squares

  • Lift out with parchment and slice into 1-inch squares.

⭐ Variations

Old-Fashioned Crumbly Peanut Butter Fudge

Add 2 tbsp butter and boil mixture for 5 minutes instead of 3.

Super Creamy Version

Add ½ cup marshmallow fluff after removing from heat.

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Fudge

Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips before pouring into pan.

Salted Peanut Butter Fudge

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt after smoothing the top.

Crunchy Fudge

Add ½ cup chopped peanuts.


🧊 Storage

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Keeps 1–2 weeks at room temp or up to 3 months in the freezer.
