Here’s a super easy, no-bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars recipe—rich, creamy, and perfect for dessert or snacks.


Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars (No-Bake)

Ingredients

For the peanut butter layer:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 sheets), crushed

For the chocolate topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

1. Make the base layer

  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Stir until fully combined and thick.
  4. Press mixture firmly into an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish lined with parchment paper.

2. Make the chocolate topping

  1. Melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter together (microwave in 20–30 second increments or melt over low heat on the stove).
  2. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

3. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Lift from the pan, slice into bars, and enjoy!

Tips & Variations

  • Crunchy version: Use crunchy peanut butter or add chopped peanuts.
  • Salted: Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before chilling.
  • Healthier swap: Replace graham crackers with crushed oats.
  • Extra thick bars: Double the recipe in the same pan.
