Ingredients (9×13 inch pan)
Cake
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups (300 g) sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1 cup (240 g) creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup (115 g) butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Frosting
- ½ cup (120 g) butter
- ¾ cup (180 g) creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ¼–⅓ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1️⃣ Heat oven
- Preheat to 180°C / 350°F.
- Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
2️⃣ Dry mix
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Peanut butter mixture
- In a saucepan, heat milk, peanut butter, and butter until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat.
4️⃣ Combine
- Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
5️⃣ Bake
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
