This Peanut Butter Cake is ultra-moist, rich, and loaded with real peanut butter flavor—pure comfort dessert.


🥜🍰 Peanut Butter Cake (Classic & Easy)

Ingredients (9×13 inch pan)

Cake

  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups (300 g) sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 1 cup (240 g) creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup (115 g) butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Peanut Butter Frosting

  • ½ cup (120 g) butter
  • ¾ cup (180 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼–⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1️⃣ Heat oven

  • Preheat to 180°C / 350°F.
  • Grease a 9×13 inch pan.

2️⃣ Dry mix

  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

3️⃣ Peanut butter mixture

  • In a saucepan, heat milk, peanut butter, and butter until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat.

4️⃣ Combine

  • Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

🥜 Peanut Butter Frosting

  1. Melt butter and peanut butter together.
  2. Whisk in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread over warm cake so it melts in 😌
