Here’s a classic, no-bake Peanut Butter Balls recipe—sweet, chocolatey, and perfect for snacks or holidays 🥜🍫


🥜 Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed vanilla wafers)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening or butter (optional, for smoother chocolate coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt chocolate (with shortening if using) in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Place coated balls back on parchment paper.
  7. Chill until chocolate is set, about 1 hour.

  • Roll in chopped peanuts, sprinkles, or coconut before chocolate sets
  • Use dark or milk chocolate for different flavor
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty combo
  • Store in airtight container in the fridge
