Here’s a Peach Cobbler Pound Cake recipe—moist, fruity, and buttery, combining the best of peach cobbler and pound cake 🍑🍰


🍑 Peach Cobbler Pound Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (15 oz) can peach slices, drained and chopped (reserve 2–3 slices for topping)

Topping

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in cake mix, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in chopped peaches.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Topping: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter. Add reserved peach slices and optional almonds.
  7. Bake 55–65 minutes (loaf) or 1 hour (bundt), until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan 10–15 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Drizzle with vanilla glaze (powdered sugar + milk) for extra sweetness
  • Add ½ teaspoon nutmeg or ginger for a spiced version
  • Substitute mandarin oranges for peaches for a citrus twist
