One-Point Heavenly Whipped Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 box (1 oz) sugar-free instant pudding mix
(cheesecake, vanilla, chocolate, or lemon all work)

Instructions
- Add yogurt and dry pudding mix to a bowl.
- Whip with a spoon or hand mixer for 1β2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Chill 10β15 minutes for best texture.
- Spoon into cups and enjoy.
