🍞 No-Knead Sandwich Bread Recipe

This No‑Knead Sandwich Bread is soft, fluffy, and perfect for everyday sandwiches. The best part: no kneading required—just mix, rise, and bake.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 3 cups All‑Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Instant Yeast

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix the dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until slightly foamy.

2. Add remaining ingredients
Stir in flour, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.

3. First rise
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes, until doubled in size.

4. Shape the loaf
Transfer the dough into a greased Loaf Pan.

5. Second rise
Let it rise again for 20–30 minutes.

6. Bake
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.

7. Cool
Remove from the pan and cool before slicing.
