Here’s a quick, delicious No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters recipe — sweet, salty, crunchy, and ready in minutes!


🥨🍫 No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, semisweet, or dark)

  • ½ cup butterscotch chips (optional but amazing)

  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil

  • ½ cup crushed peanuts (optional)

  • Sea salt flakes for topping (optional but recommended)


Instructions

1. Prepare the pretzels

  • Lightly crush pretzels into small chunks (not crumbs).

  • Add peanuts if using.

2. Melt the coating

In a microwave-safe bowl (or stovetop on low heat), melt together:

  • peanut butter

  • chocolate chips

  • butterscotch chips (if using)

  • butter or coconut oil

Heat in 20–30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.

3. Combine

  • Pour the warm mixture over the crushed pretzels.

  • Stir until all pieces are well coated.

4. Form the clusters

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet.

  • Sprinkle sea salt on top (optional).

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate 20–30 minutes, or until firm.


Tips & Variations

  • White Chocolate Version: Replace chocolate chips with white chocolate and skip butterscotch.

  • Extra Crunch: Add Rice Krispies or chopped toffee bits.

  • Peanut-free: Use sunflower seed butter or almond butter.

  • Holiday version: Add crushed peppermint or festive sprinkles before chilling.
