No-Bake Homemade Crunch Bars

Here’s an easy, nostalgic version of no-bake homemade crunch bars — like a healthier take on a classic Nestlé Crunch bar, but customizable.


🍫 No-Bake Homemade Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melt)
  • Pinch of salt

Optional add-ins

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate
    Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if using.
  2. Mix
    Gently fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  3. Press
    Pour mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or small square pan. Press down firmly.
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.
  5. Slice & enjoy
    Cut into bars or squares.

Storage

  • Keep in the fridge up to 1 week
  • Freeze for longer storage (they thaw quickly)
