No-Bake Fruit, Nut & Chocolate Oat Bars are a quick, healthy, and delicious snack—sweet, chewy, and full of energy. 🍫🥜🍓


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • ½ cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots, chopped)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ⅓ cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients
    • In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips.
  3. Heat the binding mixture
    • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey.
    • Stir until melted and smooth.
    • Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  4. Combine everything
    • Pour the peanut butter-honey mixture over the dry ingredients.
    • Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Press into pan
    • Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
    • Press firmly with a spatula or your hands to compact the bars.
  6. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut and serve
    • Remove from pan and cut into bars or squares.
    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Tips

✔ Substitute nuts with seeds (pumpkin, sunflower) for a nut-free version.
✔ Add a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder for extra flavor.
✔ Freeze individually wrapped bars for grab-and-go snacks.
