Million Dollar Cream Cheese Pound Cake = dense, velvety, buttery perfection.


💰🍰 Million Dollar Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients (1 large bundt)

  • 1½ cups (340 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups (600 g) sugar
  • 6 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract (optional but classic)
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

1️⃣ Heat oven

  • Preheat to 160°C / 325°F.
  • Grease and flour a bundt pan very well.

2️⃣ Cream fats & sugar

  • Beat butter and cream cheese until completely smooth.
  • Gradually add sugar; beat 5–7 minutes until light and fluffy (this matters!).

3️⃣ Add eggs

  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

4️⃣ Flavor

  • Mix in vanilla and almond extract.

5️⃣ Flour

  • Add flour and salt gradually on low speed.
  • Mix just until combined—do not overmix.

6️⃣ Bake

  • Pour batter into pan, smooth top.
  • Bake 75–90 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

7️⃣ Cool

  • Cool in pan 15 minutes, then turn out.
  • Cool completely before slicing.

✨ Optional Glaze (Very “Million Dollar”)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla
    Drizzle once cake is fully cool.
