Here’s the easiest Melt-in-Your-Mouth 2-Ingredient Biscuits recipe — tender, fluffy, buttery, and ready in minutes!


🧈 2-Ingredient Biscuits (Self-Rising Flour + Heavy Cream)

These work because the heavy cream provides both fat and moisture, and the self-rising flour already includes leavening.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the flour and heavy cream.
  • Stir gently until a soft dough forms (don’t overmix).

2. Shape the Biscuits

  • Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Pat or roll to about ¾–1 inch thick.
  • Cut with a biscuit cutter or a floured cup.

3. Bake

  • Place biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet, touching for softer sides or spaced apart for crispier edges.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until golden on top.
