Mediterranean Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb Fluff

Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (mild, not peppery)
  • ⅓ cup powdered monk fruit or erythritol (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ⅓ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • Optional Mediterranean add-ins:
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
    • ½ tsp orange zest
    • Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream
    Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Make the base
    In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add tahini, olive oil, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Beat until fluffy and well combined.
  3. Fold
    Gently fold whipped cream into the tahini mixture until light and airy.

  5. Chill
