Ingredients (4–6 servings)

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pasta (or rice)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Fresh basil or parsley
Instructions
1️⃣ Sauté the base
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Cook onion 3–4 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Cook chicken
- Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Cook until lightly golden.
