A high-protein, low-carb alternative to pizza that’s packed with veggies, cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings—without the crust. Perfect for keto or low-carb diets.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, or beef
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (low sugar)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pepperoni slices, olives, spinach, fresh basil

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

2️⃣ Add vegetables
Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook 3–5 minutes until softened.

3️⃣ Season
Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

4️⃣ Assemble pizza bowl
Stir in marinara sauce and top with shredded mozzarella.

5️⃣ Melt the cheese
Cover the skillet for 2–3 minutes, or place under the broiler briefly until cheese melts and bubbles.

6️⃣ Optional toppings
Add pepperoni, olives, or fresh basil before serving.
