🧀🔥 1. LongHorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken (MOST POPULAR)

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil

Parmesan Crust

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Provolone cheese (shredded or sliced)
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

Season & cook chicken

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Pan-sear in butter/oil over medium-high heat until browned (about 4–5 min each side).
  3. Move to a baking dish.

Make the parmesan crust

  1. Mix ranch + melted butter + Parmesan.
  2. In a separate bowl mix panko + a little more Parmesan.
  3. Layer chicken in this order:
    Provolone → ranch/Parm mixture → panko mixture

Bake

  • Broil 2–4 minutes until bubbly and golden.

🍤🌶 2. LongHorn Wild West Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil for frying

Chili-Lime Sauce

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Soak shrimp in buttermilk 15 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic, cayenne, salt & pepper.
  3. Dredge shrimp in mixture and fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Toss in chili-lime sauce or serve on the side.

🧀🍝 3. LongHorn Steakhouse Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Topping

  • ½ cup panko
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta; set aside.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp butter → whisk in flour → cook 1 minute.
  3. Add cream + garlic powder → simmer until thick.
  4. Stir in cheeses until smooth.
  5. Toss pasta in sauce.
  6. Top with panko + butter + Parmesan mixture.
  7. Broil or bake at 450°F for 5–7 minutes until golden.
