Ingredients
Chicken
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
Parmesan Crust
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Provolone cheese (shredded or sliced)
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Season & cook chicken
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pan-sear in butter/oil over medium-high heat until browned (about 4–5 min each side).
- Move to a baking dish.
Make the parmesan crust
- Mix ranch + melted butter + Parmesan.

- 1 lb small shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying
Chili-Lime Sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Soak shrimp in buttermilk 15 minutes.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic, cayenne, salt & pepper.
- Dredge shrimp in mixture and fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss in chili-lime sauce or serve on the side.

Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Topping
- ½ cup panko
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook pasta; set aside.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter → whisk in flour → cook 1 minute.
- Add cream + garlic powder → simmer until thick.
- Stir in cheeses until smooth.
- Toss pasta in sauce.
- Top with panko + butter + Parmesan mixture.
- Broil or bake at 450°F for 5–7 minutes until golden.
