Here’s a simple, delicious recipe for Keto Garlic Bread Bites — crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside, and only ~2g net carbs per serving.


🧄 Keto Garlic Bread Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt cheeses
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese (about 60–90 seconds), stirring until smooth.
  3. Make dough
    Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. (It helps to lightly oil your hands.)
  4. Form bites
    Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on baking sheet. Slightly flatten.
  5. Bake
    Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Garlic butter finish
    Mix melted butter with parsley and a pinch of salt. Brush over warm bites right after baking.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Sprinkle with grated parmesan before baking
  • Add Italian seasoning for extra flavor
  • Stuff with a small cube of mozzarella for a cheesy center
