Jarlsberg cheese dip

Here’s a classic Jarlsberg Cheese Dip 🧀—creamy, slightly sweet, and always a crowd favorite.


Jarlsberg Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Optional add-ins:
    • 1–2 tablespoons milk or cream (for a thinner dip)
    • Dash of black pepper or paprika
    • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix
    • In a bowl, combine Jarlsberg cheese, mayonnaise, onion, and sugar.
    • Mix until well blended.
  2. Chill
    • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).
  3. Serve
    • Stir before serving.
    • Garnish with parsley or a light sprinkle of paprika if desired.

  • 🥕 Fresh veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
  • 🥨 Pretzels or pita chips
