🍯 Honey-Glazed Ham (Slow Cooker)
A slow cooker makes ham tender, juicy, and full of sweet-savory flavor with almost no effort.
Ingredients
- 1 (2–3 kg / 4–6 lb) ham (fully cooked, bone-in or boneless)
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker
Place the ham in the slow cooker, cut side down if it has one. - Make the glaze
In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves. - Add glaze to ham
Pour half of the glaze over the ham, making sure it coats the top. - Cook
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or
- HIGH for 2–3 hours
until heated through and very tender.
- Finish the glaze
Spoon the remaining glaze and cooking juices over the ham during the last 30 minutes. - Serve
Slice and drizzle extra glaze from the slow cooker on top.
