Basic Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ¾–1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or liquid as needed.

Easy Variations

  • Protein boost: Add 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder.
  • Detox-style: Add 1 tsp fresh grated ginger + squeeze of lemon.
