🍗 Chicken Marinade

Tip: Squeeze grated cucumber in a towel to remove excess water.

1. Marinate the Chicken
Mix all marinade ingredients. Toss chicken to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours for best flavor).
2. Make the Tzatziki
Combine yogurt, squeezed cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and salt.
Chill for 15–30 minutes to let flavors develop.
3. Cook the Chicken
