🍯 Simple Immunity & Cold Remedy (Syrup Style)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1–2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • Juice of Β½ lemon
  • 1–2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Let sit for 20–30 minutes to release juices.
  3. Strain (optional).
  4. Take 1 tablespoon 2–3 times daily.
