Here’s a crispy, flavorful recipe for Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders — perfect for dinner, meal prep, or game night.


🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breasts)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Oven-Baked Method (Crispy & Easy)

1️⃣ Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Prep Coating

In a bowl, mix:

  • Parmesan
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Garlic powder
  • Minced garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

3️⃣ Coat the Chicken

  • Dip each tender in egg.
  • Press into Parmesan mixture until well coated.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Drizzle lightly with melted butter or olive oil.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra golden crispiness (watch closely!).

🔥 Air Fryer Option

  • Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

🥣 Optional Garlic Butter Finish

Melt:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Brush over hot tenders and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley.


🍽 Serve With

  • Ranch or garlic aioli
  • Caesar salad
  • Roasted veggies
  • Pasta or mashed potatoes
