🍤 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (Panko works great)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the dish.
  3. Make the garlic butter mixture:
    In a bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add topping:
    Stir in Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and parsley.
  5. Coat shrimp:
    Spoon the mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque and the topping is golden.
  7. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness (watch carefully).
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
