Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips

Posted on January 8, 2026 by Admin

That sounds delicious! Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips:

Ingredients (makes ~20-24 bites)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt (if using unsalted peanut butter)

Instructions

  1. Mix the base:
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add chocolate chips:
Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently so they’re evenly distributed.
  3. Spoon into molds:
Line a mini muffin tin or silicone mold with paper liners (optional). Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cavity. Smooth the tops with a spoon.
  4. Freeze:
Place in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until solid.
  5. Serve:
Pop out of the molds and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Tips

  • For extra crunch, sprinkle some chopped nuts or granola on top before freezing.
  • If the mixture is too thick to spoon, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  • For a chocolate coating, you can melt a little chocolate and drizzle over the frozen bites before serving.

If you want, I can also give you a one-bowl, no-mixer version that’s even quicker—perfect for a last-minute frozen treat! Do you want me to do that?
