Instructions
- Caramelize the onions
- Cook onions in butter/oil over medium-low heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring often.
- Add salt and sugar. Cook until deep golden and soft. Let cool slightly.
- Preheat oven
- 350°F (175°C)
- Mix the meatloaf
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, soup mix, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and most of the onions.
