🧀 Easy Creamy Slow Cooker Tortellini Bake

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: fresh spinach or basil

🍳 Instructions

  1. Layer the base
    Add chicken, tortellini, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into your slow cooker.
  2. Add creaminess
    Scatter the cubed cream cheese on top (don’t mix yet).
  3. Cook
    Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1.5–2 hours.
  4. Stir & melt
    Once the cream cheese is soft, stir everything together until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add cheese
    Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Cover and cook for another 10–15 minutes until melted.
  6. Finish
    Stir in spinach or sprinkle fresh basil before serving if you like.

🍽️ Tips

  • Add a splash of milk or broth if it gets too thick.
  • Swap chicken for sausage or keep it vegetarian.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad.
