Dump this bottled Italian dressing

Here’s the no-thinking-required version.

“Dump This Bottled Italian Dressing” Potatoes

You literally do this:

  1. Add cubed potatoes to the crockpot.
  2. Dump in the entire bottle (or ½–¾ cup) of Italian dressing.
  3. Add a little butter or oil if you want richer potatoes (optional).
  4. Toss once.
  5. Cover and cook:
    • LOW: 5–6 hours
    • HIGH: 3–4 hours

That’s it. No browning. No prep. No measuring if you don’t want to.

What Works Best

  • Red or baby potatoes
  • Zesty or robust Italian dressing
  • Don’t add extra salt until the end (dressing is salty)

Optional “Still Dumpable” Add-Ins

  • Minced garlic
  • Parmesan at the end
  • Red pepper flakes
  • A packet of Italian seasoning if your dressing is mild
