Dump frozen meatballs in the crock with potatoes

A very easy slow-cooker dump meal is made by adding frozen meatballs and potatoes to the crockpot with a simple sauce. It cooks into a hearty, savory dinner with almost no prep.

🍲 Slow Cooker Meatballs and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (24–32 oz) frozen meatballs
  • 1½–2 lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Dump the frozen meatballs on top.
  3. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over everything.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  6. Stir gently and sprinkle cheese on top during the last 10 minutes if you want it extra rich.

Serve as a full meal or with:

  • A simple side salad
