Cuban Sliders

Ohhh yes 😄 Cuban Sliders are always a hit—melty, tangy, buttery, and perfect for parties or game day.


Cuban Sliders 🥪✨

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • ¾ lb sliced ham
  • ¾ lb sliced roast pork (or leftover pulled pork)
  • 6–8 slices Swiss cheese
  • Dill pickle slices

Butter Sauce

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: 1 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep rolls
    Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep tops together).
  3. Layer
    Bottom rolls → Swiss cheese → ham → pork → pickles → more Swiss → top rolls.
  4. Butter it up
    Whisk butter sauce ingredients. Brush generously over tops.
  5. Bake
    Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 5–8 minutes until golden and melty.
  6. Serve
    Slice and serve warm.
