Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak (or chuck, ribeye, stew meat), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil (optional, for searing)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- Optional: 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

- Mushrooms (8 oz, sliced)
- Baby potatoes (halved)

Instructions
- Prep the steak
Season steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. - Optional sear (recommended)
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. This adds great flavor. - Slow cook
Add steak bites to the crockpot. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add garlic, butter, and any optional add-ins. - Cook

- High: 2–3 hours
