Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (25–30 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir Italian seasoning into the meat.
  3. Lightly grease the crockpot.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
  6. Top with meat, dollops of ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  7. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook:
    • LOW: 4–5 hours
    • HIGH: 2–3 hours
  9. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
