Crockpot Barbecue Ribs
Ingredients (serves 4–6)

2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)

Salt & black pepper

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp chili powder (optional)

1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)

¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
How to Make It

Prep the ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs (important!).
Cut ribs to fit your slow cooker. -
Season
Rub ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. -
Sauce it
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire. -
Slow cook
Place ribs in crockpot (standing on edge if needed).
Pour sauce over ribs.
Cook 7–8 hours on LOW or 3–4 hours on HIGH. -
Finish (don’t skip!)
Carefully transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet.
Brush with extra sauce.
Broil 3–5 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
