  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • Pat chicken tenders dry.
  • Toss with garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let sit 5–10 minutes.

2. Set Up Breading Station

  1. Place flour in one shallow bowl.
  2. Beat eggs in a second bowl.
  3. Mix panko, Parmesan, oregano, and paprika in a third bowl.

3. Coat Chicken

  • Dredge each tender in flour → egg → breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.

4. Cook

Option 1: Oven-Baked

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

Option 2: Pan-Fried

  • Heat 2–3 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry tenders 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels.

Option 3: Air Fryer

  • Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

5. Make Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce (Optional)

  • Whisk all sauce ingredients together. Adjust seasoning to taste.

6. Serve

  • Serve warm with tzatziki, lemon wedges, or a Greek salad on the side.

Variations

  • Low-Carb: Use almond flour or crushed pork rinds instead of panko.
  • Spicy: Add ¼ tsp cayenne to breadcrumb mixture.
  • Herb-Loaded: Add fresh parsley or dill to breadcrumbs.
  • Sandwich Version: Serve tenders in pita with lettuce, tomato, and tzatziki.

Pro Tips

  • Dry chicken = crispier coating
  • Press breadcrumbs firmly for better adhesion
  • Lemon juice in marinade adds freshness and tenderizes

I can also make a one-pan Greek chicken tender dinner with roasted veggies and potatoes if you want a full meal version.

Do you want me to do that?
