🥔🧀 Creamy Parmesan Oven-Baked Potatoes

Creamy Parmesan Oven-Baked Potatoes are rich, cheesy, and perfectly tender. They make an amazing side dish for chicken, steak, or any comfort meal. 🍽️


Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Optional: ½ tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with a little butter.
  3. Arrange the sliced potatoes evenly in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic, salt, black pepper, and half of the parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 40–50 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
