There is no soup that will safely “completely empty your intestines in 40 minutes.” That kind of rapid effect usually means a strong laxative — and aggressive laxatives can cause cramping, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, and dependence if overused.

Your body already has a built-in cleansing system:

  • The colon naturally eliminates waste
  • The liver and kidneys detoxify your body
  • You don’t need extreme “flushes” to be healthy

That said, if your goal is relief from constipation or feeling bloated, there are gentler, safer options.

Ingredients:
