Clove Tea

Here’s a simple, safe Clove Tea recipe you can make at home ☕🌿
(It’s for flavor and comfort, not medical treatment.)


Clove Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2–3 whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the whole cloves.
  3. Lower heat and simmer 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain into a cup.
  5. Let cool slightly and sip warm.

Optional (for taste)

  • A little honey
  • A slice of fresh ginger
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Helpful Notes

  • Use whole cloves only (not clove oil — it’s very strong).
  • 1 cup at a time is plenty.
  • Drink warm, not hot.
