Here’s an easy, cozy Cinnamon Roll Apple Bake recipe—great for breakfast or dessert 🍎✨

Cinnamon Roll Apple Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 3–4 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar (brown or white)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare apples: In a bowl, mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon juice, and melted butter.
  3. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Add apples on top, spreading them evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are cooked through and golden.
  6. Drizzle icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the bake while warm.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • A drizzle of caramel sauce
  • A splash of heavy cream poured over before baking (extra gooey!)

Serving Tips

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
  • Best eaten fresh, but leftovers reheat well in the microwave
